Sipadan LOB Trip Report (April 23 - 30,2011)

We are a group of 16 people flying out from Hong Kong on Apr 23. We arrived Semporna on the same day night time and stayed in Seafest Hotel for one night. We got onboard on Celebes Explorer on Apr 24 and start our diving until Apr 28.

On April 24, we made 2 dives (1 day + 1 night dive) in Mabul island. From April 25 - 27, the boat sailed to Sipadan Island in the early morning and we arrived Sipadan on 6-7am. Everyone needed to register every morning in Sipadan Island before the first dive. Then we made 4 dives a day in Sipadan Island and 1 night dive in Mabul. The last diving day April 28, we also made 3 dives in Sipadan Island and 1 dive in Kapalai.

So a total of 21 dives were made with 15 dives in Sipadan Island, 5 dives in Mabul and 1 dive in Kapalai.

We left the boat on April 29 and staying in Tawau Macro Polo Hotel for one night before flying back to Hong Kong on April 30.
