Unfortunately with the multiple changes in their communications protocol, Sony camcorders are not as friendly to underwater housings (and cash-strapped divebums) as they used to be in the days of the good old LANC system. Back in those days I think I had eight different Soy camcorders used in the same underwater housing due to the standard LANC connection. Now I need a new housing every time they change models. Canon here I come???
