Yeah the D6 is promoted as the replacement for the Stinger. I cant find any prices the same as I can find the Stinger though. Looks like a great watch and hope to get one real soon. Anyone ever used a digital compass before?? And if so what are your thoughts compared to an analog one???
 
I don't think the D6 is fully intended to replace the Stinger, which is still going to be produced, at least for the forseeable future. However, as the D6 is new, everyone is going to want one, so I think you will see some cracking prices on the Stinger.

However, here in the UK, a couple of shops are already offering the D6 for £399, which is a far bit off the SRP of £470.
