charlie is right on. don't waste your money on a pretty drugstore package for $5-7. these types of products consist primarily of isopropyl alcohol which is a drying agent. you can buy a whole big bottle of it for about $1. and if you've got some white vinegar around the house, mix up a batch of 50/50. vinegar is cheap also, if you don't already have some. put a couple of drops in each ear before you go diving, and a couple after you're cleaned up and done for the day. should do the trick.
 
My sweetie mixes up a bottle of 50% water. 25% each of alcohol and vinegar. We keep it in our dive bag and use it after each dive. Most inexpensive and effective.
