I have a couple different little tiny plastic boxes that might work. I use them for rafting and kayaking. I suspect that they would work okay for diving, but why risk it?
Like Doc and Neil and Gecko have suggested, secure your valuables (out of sight) and carry a simple key with you. I keep mine clipped into the pocket of my BC. It opens the door and that's all I need.
Also I have designated a couple of good hiding places within the vehicle for keeping things I want not to be found.
