Can't speak to Utila, and not all of Roatan, but everything I've seen on the island in the last two years was a convertible pro valve, maybe not in the best shape under the donut, and maybe impossible to remove the donut because it had never been removed in a couple years of daily diving and crusted in real good...., but....

Investing thousands of bux on a trip, I carry a spin-on yoke adapter, just for peace of mind.

And a tiny cheater pipe.

(I was kidding.)

(Well, half kidding.)
Wait, what?!?!

You don't travel with a pipe wrench?!?!? Do you have ANYTHING in your travel save a dive kit? Come on ...

:p :oops: :outtahere::yeahbaby::poke:

I just came back from Roatan and dove DIN on both sides of the island with no problems. However, I did carry an adapter and allen wrench with me.
