I would like to give a very positive thumbs up to the guys at DiveRace for their rapid treatment and handling of my recent trip cancellation.
We had a trip planned in March to the Similan Islands aboard the DiveRace but due to serious health problems, I learned on Friday that I will have to have open heart surgery, we have to cancel the vacation..
After an exchange of emails with Lionel, I was reimbursed the sums paid within the hour. There was a 10% retainer but that is completely understandable..
Hopefully I can dive again, it's already my objective after the recovery period, and if so we will book again with the same company.
I feel that it is important to communicate when dive companies do things right. So this is obviously a company that I can reasilly recommend.
