Apeks like Aqualung, US Divers, Seaquest, Technisub, Suunto & others are owned by Liquid Air from France.
Apeks regs are made in house by Apeks. Up until Apeks were acquired by Liquid Air, Zeagle regs were Apeks designs manufactured under licence.
