The day you buy it and the day you sell it.

:dancingsnoopy:
I love this boat, been looking at it for a while. Made a low ball offer that the broker basicly said would never be taken, and it was! He told me after the fact that had I not bought the boat he was going to offer more than I did becouse after showing to me several times, he liked it more and more.
Trying to post a pic but the upload keeps failing....

That works...35 feet of world crusin and divin fun!

Congratulations or condolences as you prefer.

Both are prolly applicable...

Should close before the month is over.

Are you going to dive directly off it or tow a small inflatable?

There's a bit more outside wood trim than I'd prefer, but the inside is lovely.

Condolulations!

They say the only thing better than having a boat, is having a friend who has a boat (wink-wink, nudge-nudge:eyebrow: ).

congrats - now you have a hole in the ocean to pour money into:D

Somewhat envious - my partner just is not a water person:(

wow...it's really nice!... really nice

I am shocked, really. Did you rob a bank, or what?

Now you will have some place to sleep if kathy kicks you out.

Can I come watch you dock?
