OP speculated "shouldn't have happened" > group didn't know why he would say that and some flamed him for speculating > OP said he was a noob > (in an astounding turnabout) group then speculated that his reasoning for "shouldn't have happened" was his esteemed outlook on instructors as a noob and deceased's status as an instructor > group then began discussing instructors who suck.
