I'm back with ya guys! I got a new bike on Dec. 13th..I have been able to ride it 11 days (3 days it rained here) and have put on 51.5 miles in 11 days.

The inches are starting to come off again. Now for the pounds... I will weigh in next week and see where I'm at.)

OK... here goes...no loss...2 lb gain! Not surprising, tho' with all the baked goodies around here... However, I can still fit in the next size smaller pants....

Next week, it will be better...

Hi All,

Well I'm up to 170.9lbs again today, christmas cake, pringles, cakes you name it I've eaten it, although I've tried to keep portions small.

So for my lost of 2006 (As from April 16th, when I started) is: 44.1lbs, an average of 1.35lbs a week...not too bad, but not the 2lbs+ I wanted to lose..
