Any chance I can get in on the SB fitness challenge?
Just started last week to finally make some important lifestyle changes. Went to my Doctor last week blood pressure high but not to the point of needing medication, cholesterol I am sure high (will see the results of the bloodwork this week when I go back) and at 5'11' I was at 248 lbs. Doctor gave me a diet exercise program and an appetite suppressant. Not to keen on the pills but haven't had much success with just trying to diet. Weighed in this morning at 235 lbs.! My goal is 190 lbs and more important a permanent lifestyle change. I want to be healthy and enjoy the things I love...my family, friends, diving and golf. To be honest I am also tired of my buddies giving me crap...fatty, the way I look in any picture and I want to take my shirt off at the beach or on a dive and not be self conscious! Having to post each week might help to keep me on track!
