Thought I would get the ball rolling for this weeks weigh in...
As to me:
This weeks weight: 148lbs
Last weeks weight: 146.7lbs
Loss this week: 1.3lbs GAIN
Total Loss to date: 71.8lbs
Target: 140lbs
I feel this is 'good' gain, as I've been working out and feeling good, so I'm not bothered about this weeks gain - but it can't continue mind!
I probably won't be checking in for 2-3weeks as I'm off to Thailand for a liveaboard in the Similan Islands for 11 days next thursday morning
