It's odd - food and exercise were generally better this week, but less loss.... must be that lean muscle thing :eyebrow:

Actually, there is something to the positive thinking methods. I know when I am thinking more positive that it helps me.
 
I'm down 1 pound!!! I've exercised every day this week. That's really good for me, considering I'm a couch potato!
