But the best underwater movie I have ever seen was, my dad had a old reel to reel silent movie, of the first underwater filming, made by Jacque Cousteau showing a German uboat firing a torpedo. Also in the same movie, were skindivers spearfishing for these giant groupers. I distinctly remember one was so big that the diver broke the spear off inside the fish. That was my first exposure to diving.

I wish I had that movie now.
