Trim: How To Distribute Weight

I've recently switched from a diverite transpac to a backplate with just 2" webbing. I'm finding I when I relax my head starts to go down, I flip over onto my back and I end up completely vertical with my right shoulder closest to the ground. AL 80 tank with wetsuit. Had 2lbs on weight

generally you want to carry as little weight as possible, no?
 
Thanks for all the advice. I'll keep that in mind and try to get the trim right. I also may try moving the rear pockets up to the top band.

If you don't have a second cam band on yoour tank and need to move weight up get a second cam band and just attach it to the top of your tank. That is what we are doing for my wife.
