Gold Coast meetup scheduled a dive for 8:30 so that I could go, but I was up really late in the morning listening to the [-]ghetto birds[/-] Sheriff's helicopters circling my house until 2:30 a.m. so I'm pretty sleepy.

Yup, they found me and I refused to come out! :rofl3:

??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

It was pretty freakin' awesome. I'm just sayin'. :D

Couldn't have asked for better conditions if it was June! Flat seas, great vis and warm water. The full (or almost full) moon didn't hurt either.

I guess this time ever-one found the ledge ? Glad ever-one had a good night swim

Yes, we did. It is much closer to shore than the group that went out last Thursday thought. Really a fabulous dive.

I'm not so sure about that. I still wanted to swim out further on the surface that night. I even dropped further out than you and still had to swim a good bit east to hit it. You and Marty I think it was dropped further west and must of blown right past it.

Where we dove last night was not much further east than the end of the pier. FABULOUS dive. We swam North to way past the pier and came back. Really wonderful ledges.

It really is a nice dive! I think next time I want to head south. I don't know how good the ledge is that way though.
