U-853 questions

Hey all,

My roommate and I are looking to hit U853 before we graduate and jump into the real world...just wondering who has been to U853 and had good experiences... Mostly we're looking for a good boat, and any suggestions. Thanks!

Do a search on "U853" and you should find just about all that you are looking for.

Coming down from Mass, your best places for boats are out of Newport or Point Judith.

Pt. Judith is the closest mainland port (i.e. shortest boat ride) to the U853.

It will be interesting to see her condition this year.
