On your way to the deep blue oceans and unique islands of Palau, start your journey by exploring the ancient island of Yap.
Yap offers the opportunity to encounter the majestic giant manta rays in famous Mi'l and Goofnu channel. Marvel at the display of teeth and power as several species of sharks feed on a bait ball at Vertigo Reef. Seek the elusive Mandarin fish on a macro dive. Kayak a labyrinth of channels in primeval mangroves. Immerse yourself in the cultural stories, myths and legends of Yap while sitting within a traditional village hut. Seeking cultural insight, Thomas & Natalia lead you along ancient stone paths to witness a traditional stick dance performance, dare to chew betel nut and discover the history behind the largest stone "money" in the world.
