Unable to access private message receipts.

Mabey it's just me but is the link under the bar graph the link to access the PM recipts? I remember being able to access the receipts page before the site got revamped. Now it tells me that I don't have the right permissions to access it.

Any help?

Nope, You're not alone. It hasn't been working for a long time for me either.

IIRC, PM read receipts were disabled by the Administrator because they were annoying. They dont work for anyone anymore.
