I think another option that should be put forward to Erik is that he continue to charge $10 for the service but attach a $5 off coupon for the restaraunt or perhaps a free bowl of soup (you get the idea).

This way he feels he has been treated fairly and so do the divers - it's called a win win.

I would be more than happy to pay $10 if that included a $5 off coupon at the restaurant.

I got a little scared when I did not see this post at first on the top. Thought the mod's had bumped this one and I did not want to lose the good recipes. So I thought I would put a reply on here so it would be bumped back to the top where I think it belongs.
Btw, does anyone have any good recipes for muffins? Thought I might make some this week.
