If that isn't the new Scubapro 330 version, it's well over 10 years old, with primary batteries that can't be replaced and will soon die.
I had the same problem a few years ago, had no success cutting the cases open, replacing the batteries and trying to wake the computers back up.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that your bottomtimer, no matter how nicely cared for, is worthless.
