My wife and I used UBS for two days of diving off Virgin Gorda in mid-December. They do only private dives (just your group) and will pick you up in Virgin Gorda. The owner, Tony, took us one day and Scott, one of their dive masters took us on the other. They were wonderful, know the dive sites like the back of their hands and (most important) they are on YOUR schedule, you are not on their's. The cost is reasonable, their boats are well equipped, we can't say enough good things about them
