But on the flip side, finding a $300 light ROCKS. expecially if no one claims it. The last item of scuba gear I found was a mask. It was offshore Boynton Beach in about 80 feet of water, and from the looks of it, it had been there about 40 years. On a different subject, I have taken to carrying a nice Mako tooth around in my pocket. For good luck I suppose. Well anyways, had someone offer to purchase it today. Had to tell him no. (it cost me too much too sell) and i have no motivation to sell. i was just amazed at how quickly the guy said he was prepared to make me an offer.

well i am headed over to the local dive shop to pick up a couple of steel rental tanks. the water level of the river we are diving tomorrow has doubled in the past few days. the weight of the steel will be a comfort against the river current.
