I happy ya'll like living in Fla.

Me, i like knowing my home has an excellent chance of remaining static, on the same footings, for years to come. There is just something reassuring about that. The thought of my biggest investment getting air mail, auntie em'd, a couple neighborhoods down wind is not reassuring.

Besides, you have to be hearty to survive the great white north. I understand how some folks wouldn't be able to hack that.

Hey, i have 100+ water in my hot tub all winter. Nothing like steaming in your hot tub with friends and a cold one while its snowing.

Thats my story and i'm sticking to it.

That's nice. We sit in the 100+ water outside in the jacuzzi after a dive with our friends a cold one!
