Judging by the position of the inlet valve I would guess that this is a military version of the TLS suit.
 
Yeah that's what I was told what someone "thought" it was but wasn't sure so I figured I would ask.
 
Hi. Yes that is correct. You could move the inlet valve and patch the hole in you wanted.
