In a drysuit, there are very little reason to ditch weight if you are weighted properly. 11.5kg or 25lb or so, it is similar to what I use for single tank. I have a 5lb plate + 2lb STA to begin with, so I need handle 18lb of lead only. I put 4lb each on two XS pockets on lower camband (non ditchable) and 10lb on belt. I thread hard weight with 2" webbing and wear belt under crotch strap, so change of it fall off is nearly 0.
