Went out with Capt. Jamie on 4-18

My son and I went out with Captain Jamie on the Aristakat Saturday morning. We had been trying to get out all week but the weather was not cooperating. Jamie kept us advised as to the conditions throughout the week. On Saturday the visibility was finally to the point we could get out. My son was thrilled as this was the thing he wanted to do the most during his spring break. We found a 3 3/4 meg, a snaggletooth and a macho. After getting off of the boat we rinsed off using the beach showers and started the 19 hour drive back to MI.

I highly recommend Captain Jamie and the Aristakat for a trip to the bone yard. My son is already planning on going back next year and bringing along some of his friends.

Thanks for the report, were driving down next weekend and are planning on diving for shark teeth with our daughter off the Aristacat. I hope to have as good of luck finding teeth as you did.

I would say it was about 4 to 5 feet.

Hello everyone, I'm here asking for some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Capt Gumby left a post on here looking for some divers to dive with him. He has not been able to hook up with anyone as of yet. My cell phone number is 941-628-3309. He tried to book charters but they are all booked for this week. I work during the week. Capt Gumby is in the service and would like to find some teeth before he LEAVES FLORIDA. He will not be returning to the area. Please some of you I know dive on weekdays, lets get this guy in the water, we dont want him diving alone. I spoke to him several times today to try to do a dive but my work schedule seems to be messing things up. You can pm him or call me on my cell and I will give you his cell phone number. Lets all pull together and get him out there to find some teeth before he leaves. You can call me on my cell phone from 6am to 10 pm at night. Lets show him what a great bunch of people we are.
