The light reflected off of these orbs from a tiny wedged in spot, 5 or 6 of them in total; at 100', semi transparent, about 5-7mm, ...sorry I couldn't get a better picture....what are they?

Sorta hard to tell, but I think you have "Sea Pearls" - Ventricaria ventricosa - a bubble algae.
Does this look right?

I've seen the dark ones before, these were much smaller and more transparent....maybe a different kind?

Hmmm...
Perhaps Caulerpa recemosa... "Sea Grape."

I agree Green Bubble algea. I have it in my tank and have to have emerald crabs to eat it. They know how to eat it and not burst the bubble so it spreads every where.
