What happened to all the good scuba Podcasts?!?!?

One of the greatest gifts I ever got has been my 30GB video iPod. Since I got it last Christmas, I've been listening to about 100 or so different podcasts - including some GREAT scuba podcasts.

But a lot of them are dropping off the sonar - what's going on with the podcasts?

Pod Diver TV - great episodes but off the air for about 6 mo - America Links Up Archive

Scuba Chat - never heard any but they show up on itunes - another from padi.com

Yeah, I had to unsubscribe from that one. Way too much non-scuba talk. Boring!

I have a podcast dated 11/7/07 from Joe, so I don't think they are inactive. By far the best I've heard.


Bottom Time Radio was better than most, but I haven't seen anything from them in about a year.

Richie Kolhler reports on the upcomming DAN two-day tech diving conference. The conf is planned for Jan. 18-19, 2008, in Durham, N.C., will feature four half-day workshops. Discussions will include the operational and medical aspects of technical diving. The forum will also address ways to improve effectiveness and safety.

"Pod Diver Radio -- The Scubacast" is definitely not "inactive". Joe continues to have programs every week or two that are excellent.

ive noticed the same thing when syncing my ipod the other night. ive been slack on watching/listening to my podcasts..so when i was trying to reactive them a lot of them wouldnt upload, couldnt subscribe...it was like they were gone. quite a few of them were pretty good. i'll have to check out the links provided in previous posts. :blinking:
