Rob Murphy was involved in a boating accident which resulted in him having both legs amputated.

Maybe the Rob Murphy Loses Legs to Boater or Hit & run diver accident in the Keys thread. Both are found in the Accidents and Incidents forum. There's also the Florida forum.

I was considering the Florida forum too. I will put it there. Also, the two links that Chad has posted are no longer available. I'm not sure if the petition is the same.. The one I am trying to post is about the doctor. I will post this in the Florida forum with the first link you gave me. Thank you.
