Second what Caymaniac said. Either Little Cayman or Providenciales would fit what you are looking for. I went to LC in January and leave for Provo in April. Have been throughout the Caribbean and have found those two locations offer the best diving. Coz used to be on the list but the hurricanes really put a hurt on their dive sites.
