Which hotel for a wedding

We were looking at doing a wedding at a dive resort. The Caymans is one of our destination picks. What hotel would you recommend. We would need at least 20 rooms and there has to be activities for non-divers and kids.

Check with the Westin. I've heard good things about it and they are experienced with weddings.
