Excellent! I have a 50 bottle unit at home; however, the bulk of my collection is housed by an outfit called Vintrust. I found I never had the discipline to resist not opening them early when I kept everyting at home. Too many times it would be after the first bottle wouldn't that Gaja be great. Next thing you know another good wine drunk before it's prime. In any case, enjoy the wine and hopefully you'll have more will power than I did.
