That's what I've got, I've patched a couple of holes in it.
There is no inner bladder. The thing is waterproof by virtue of the urethane "painted" on the interior of the nylon. It's not necessary to get the Aquaseal *inside*. Use the Cotol to clean the area, then apply about a 1" diameter thin coating of Aquaseal around the hole. Let it dry for a day, then apply a 1.5" diameter thin coating of Aquaseal over and around the previous coating. You'll be all set.
I'm assuming this is a pinhole.. if it's a rip or slash, it may require a little bit more work, but still doable.
