Do you know of a website that lists international water temperatures for popular dive destinations, ideally also with info re: different times of year and typical diving depth (as well as surface) temps?

https://www.fnmoc.navy.mil/PUBLIC/ has a lot of good data. Scroll down to Oceanography, then OTIS. This is sea surface temperature data on file for the last few years, as well as current info.
http://www.wunderground.com/tropical/ has both a current sea surface temp map, plus links to other data sources, such as the USN stuff above.
