Thanks so much for your reply. Since the normal wreck certification doesn't have any penetration, you think is better to skip it and take the TDI Advanced Nitro/Deco first to work my way up into TDI Advanced Wreck?

Any destination or shops do you recommend for this?

The instructors I know will require tech training before you take Adv Wreck as those dives will likely involve deco.

I did the SDI wreck class that involves limited penetration. We were running lines and such. I’m now full cave trained and agree a cavern class would be helpful for line handling techniques and learning how not to stir up the bottom.
 
Just out of curiosity, is there a requirement on the size, characteristics etc of a wreck for the wreck course? Does it have to have an overhead space that you don't go into?
