Unfortunately this test is not the best in the world, and im sure there will be some debate here on scuba board. I could not perform as many dives as I would have liked(...money). But now that I live in Florida and plan to do at least 1 dive a week(after I find a job). I hope to be able to provide more data.
I know the two sets of dives are not the same dives, and Nitrox percents are not the same.
I can say, the conditions were pretty much the same for both locations.
Again, this was the best I could do...again do to lack of money.

There was no change in my diet or exercise( I did neither).
And I still continued to smoke cigarettes through out this whole time period. If there is anymore information i can provide and questions to answer please ask.

My average SAC rate after the yoga class was 0.48 Ft3/Min
A difference of .25Ft3/Min

Thanks for posting the data!

Even with all the variables involved that is a pretty significant difference (about 35% less). And each of the dives in each group were self consistent. Although the dives in the second group were all deeper than the first group...

Interesting none-the-less.

Thanks for posting the data!

The plural of "anecdote" is not "data"

that is interesting, I have also heard yoga results of results from Apnea clinic, I wish there was more than anecdotal evidence, has anyone seen papers or studies on yoga benefits?
