YS-250 or Inon Z240

What strobe would you rather have if price was the same.

Given that the YS250 is a little more powerful than the Z240 (GN22 vs. 18) if I shot only wide angle I would say the YS250. However the advantages of AA batteries vs. custom batteries and custom chargers makes me say the Z240 hands down.

That is their published spec, but when Backscatter tested them it was considerably less than published.

I've never used YS-250's but have two Z240's - they are absolutely suberb. The YS-250's look great, but the size/weight would put me off. Still, if you're shooting lots of wide-angle at very small apertures maybe you'd appreciate the extra brightness - for most other shooting though I'd go for the Z240's every time.
