Zeagle Scout with Ripcord system?

I just scored this on eBay, it was $50 and $50 shipping so I figured sure, I love my zeagle bcds. The thing is that it’s a scout with a ripcord system and I’ve never seen a ripcord system on a scout before, has anyone seen one like this before? The seller brought it to a dive shop and had it serviced and had a new inflator put on it too. Just haven’t seen a ripcord system on a scout before, anyone else seen this? Thnx
