Some suit manufacturers will fit their wetsuits for men with relief zippers. Do many buyers make that choice?

It is not always clear if a manufacturer offers zippers at wrist and ankle. Do many manufacturers offer those features?

Are owners of Henderson hyperstretch suits seeing pilling of the fabric at wear or abrasion points?
 
The original Hyperstetch and major pilling issues. While the suits fit great, they simply were not very warm, looked old quickly.
