This is not normally a DIY job because of the expense and catastrophe that can happen is not done right. Ide like to do mine also but research tells a story you need to be able to do dry runs with carpet tape and have the proper preparation. If screwed up you'll need to redue everything and may deteriroate the new zipper if it has to be removed and cleaned of glue.

Ive done my neck seal and wrist seals and would like to try a zipper myself and if you get good instructions send them to me and Ill look into it. I may just buy a good Xcell or Pinnacle semidry and discard my drysuit if the zipper goes as I dont dive in the winter much.
