I have a Dacor Darwin and so far happy with it; Probably because it wasn't part of the recall though. I need a little help finding a replacement manual for it to learn how to use it properly. Can anyone help me? PLEASE!

I think it is basically the same as a Mares M1 or Mares M1 RGBM. Download both manuals and have a look.
