I am taking my boat (23 foot Outrage with twin outboards) The Time Out to the U853 in May. No weekend decided in stone yet. Probably the first or second Saturday.
Me my brother and his wife (she stays on the boat.) are going
we are looking for 2-4 other good divers to join us & split fuel cost.
Leaving out of Stonington,CT

2 dives
I am going out in two weeks to confirm mooring on it

What do you use for a ladder? Getting off the boat is easy, getting back on can be a problem.

The moorings are not out yet. Wayne of the Canned Air will not be setting his till early/mid May. I don't think any of the other boats will put theirs out till about that time also.

Hooking her yourself is hard, subs just are not easy to get a good hook in unless you are lucky. What we would do is drop a shot line and then send a diver down it to tie it in. Then drop the real mooring line down the shot line.
