What is the going rate for oxygen cleaning a 100 or 120 steel cylinder?

I think my LDS charges labor of 35 for a single and 55 for doubles. This includes O2 cleaning the tank and valve and the tank/valve oring. There is an extra charge to break down and reassemble doubles. I am not sure about valve rebuild kits. The tank size does not matter.

It will vary somewhat, according to the shop and whether they actually want to perform oxygen cleaning.

If you can find a place to have a single tank done for $35 you should use them. We charge $60, including valve rebuild. I add a charge to breakdown and reassemble doubles, and the per tank price still applies. A local shop nearby, that doesn't want to do oxygen cleaning, but will do so if customer insists, charges $90.
