Certification in Keelung, Taiwan

Hi,

I'm looking to get my wife and kids certified in Keelung, Taiwan. The kids ages are 9, 12 and 15 years old. I'm not sure if they all can get Open Water I or Junior Open Water cerifications.

I would like to do a certification course for them in the month of July and do an advanced Open Water II for myself. I live in Hsinchu and need an English speaking course. We do not speak Chinese, except for my wife.

Can anyone advise me?
