Need some recommendations from you knowledgable South Florida divers. We have an unusually high number of divers in our church and are planning a family style dive trip / mission trip to the Florida Keys.

We are looking for affordable accommodations for a group - maybe camp / bunk house style. Something we could do as a group like summer camp used to be - girls on one side - guys on the other type thing. Anything remotely similar to that around there?

We have stayed at camps and on church property before in other parts of the country.

Just asking!
Thanks in advance for any help at all!

I believe John Pennekamp state park has youth camping (tent) facilities. The side benefit is that a dive operator is also in the park so you'd not have to go far to get to a dive boat.

Welcome to Florida State Parks

This might not be as cheap as you are looking for, but this dive operator has accommodations that you could probably segregate somehow Amoray Home Page

good luck
