Midwest Diving 10/25 & 10/26

Hey all,

Wondering if anyone is heading out to Haigh, Portage, Gilboa, Whitestar or any other place this weekend. My usual dive buddy decided to indulge his other hobby this weekend and is leaving me high and dry....

We'll be diving White Star Sunday if you want to look us up. The plan is to get there at 9am (so bet on 10 ) and do two dives. I have to work at 10pm Sunday night so I'll have to scoot in the late afternoon. If you want to join us you're welcome, we're taking the dry suits for a spin although I'd much rather dive wet since the water is still warm.

Look for a green Chevy 4x4 cab and a half pickup with a black tonneau cover. I think we're going to try to park in the first scuba lot near the tunnel/building but I'm not making any promises. Do they have air fills up there this time of year?

Anyone else want to join the party?

Don't forget ber...we get an extra hour on Sunday...

Also...as for fills, there is a sign posted on the shack or whatever it is up there if you dive and need a fill. Whoever it is that runs the compressor isn't far from the quarry and will come out to fill us up.

I'll ask the wife if we can go to White Star this weekend. Saturday is supposed to be warmer than Sunday.

I won't make it this weekend. The weatherman lied anyway. It's not 64 or sunny. Maybe next Saturday...
