I ran across a reference to this video on Cavediver.net about dealing with flow, by Mark Messersmith. I thought it was well done and worth the $20 fee. It definitely amped up my interest in visiting the Florida caves.

I think Mark did an extremely good job on that mini-course. I've dived Ginnie a number of times, and with some good mentorship, and I still learned things from watching it. If I were headed there for the first time, I'd sure want to watch it -- after all, it costs less than the entry fee to the park!
