Anyone else diving the kelp beds June 1st on the Lois Ann?? My hubby and I are going to be in San Diego from Phoenix to dive and we want to meet other divers!

Looks like your boat is leaving at 3PM. San Diego's largest dive group is doing a "Get Acquainted Dive" at La Jolla Cove that morning at 8AM. Parking is tight; I'd suggest getting there no later than 7:30AM. The outing is free - you just need to sign up for it on the MeetUp website. You'd meet lots of divers there, and you'll meet even more if you A) Do two dives and B) Do not pair up with your spouse.
